Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites and applications operated by LaFlame Digital. By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using our products, you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

The provider is LFD INFOPROFUTORA LTDA, trading as LaFlame Digital, CNPJ 46.715.312/0001-82, Avenida do Contorno, 5823, Sala 1005, Funcionários, Belo Horizonte — MG, 30110-035, Brazil.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• Tell us promptly at support@laflamedigital.com.br if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Subscriptions, prices and billing

The price, the billing period and what is included are shown at checkout before you confirm. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide, on each renewal, until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change. We will notify existing subscribers before a change applies to them, and the new price only takes effect on a following renewal.
• If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
• Taxes, where applicable, are charged in addition to the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Our refund and cancellation rules, including the statutory right of withdrawal under Brazilian consumer law, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our products for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• interfere with the normal operation of the service, including through automated overload;
• copy, resell or redistribute the service without our written permission;
• reverse engineer our software, except where the law expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and will tell you why when we do.

6. Intellectual property

The software, interface, brand and content of our products belong to LaFlame Digital or to its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product while it is active — it does not transfer ownership of anything.

Content you create or upload remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it so the product can work for you.

7. Availability

We work to keep our products available and maintained, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Brazilian consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we are required to by law. If we discontinue a product entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund any period already paid for and not used.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, unless consumer legislation entitles you to bring the matter before the court of your own domicile.
