This policy explains what personal data LaFlame Digital collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the applications we operate.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is LFD INFOPROFUTORA LTDA, trading as LaFlame Digital, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 46.715.312/0001-82, with offices at Avenida do Contorno, 5823, Sala 1005, Funcionários, Belo Horizonte — MG, 30110-035, Brazil.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Account data — name and email address, provided when you create an account or contact us.
• Billing data — the information needed to process a payment and issue a receipt. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Support messages — the content of what you write to us, so we can answer and keep a record of the exchange.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Usage data — which features of an application are used, so we can fix what breaks and improve what is used most.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the product or service you signed up for, including authentication and access to your account.
• To process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
• To answer support requests and keep a history of them.
• To keep our systems secure and investigate abuse or fraud.
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations in Brazil.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that make the product work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Payment processors, to charge and refund you. They act as independent controllers for the payment data they hold.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the data our applications run on.
• Email and support providers, to deliver and manage our correspondence with you.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a valid order from a competent authority.

5. How long we keep it

Account and usage data are kept while your account is active. After you close an account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records — financial and tax records, for example, are kept for the period Brazilian law requires.

6. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) — and, where it applies to you, the GDPR — you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your data, and obtain a copy of it;
• correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
• delete data we no longer need or that you consented to and now withdraw;
• transfer your data to another provider;
• explain who we have shared your data with;
• object to a particular use of your data.

7. Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to serve the page. Our applications use cookies or equivalent storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, we ask for your consent first and you may withdraw it at any time through your browser settings.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. No system is immune to incidents; if one occurs that puts your data at material risk, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

9. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside Brazil. When data is transferred abroad, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection and contractual safeguards consistent with the LGPD.

10. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated to account holders by email before taking effect.
